# UPDATE on September-27-2021:
# The sendgrid part of the invaluement SPBL is currently being redesigned and
# new data and MUCH IMPROVED data will be here soon. When that is released, this free   
# version (that is accessed via http) will have data that is about 3 to 7 days old (this  
# will dynamically vary) so the free version of the data will be in a downgraded mode 
# where it will only get data that is a bit "stale" (but with current delistings
# processed so the staleness will only cause FNs, NOT FPs). But paying invaluement 
# subscribers will get the fresh new data WITHOUT any staleness, in either
# their RSYNC feed, or as a part of their direct query subscription.

# For a couple of years, Sendgrid was out-of-control, playing the fiddle while Rome burned.
# And this data served an amazing purpose - putting pressure on Sendgrid to improve, and
# buying everyone more time to figure this out. Since then, it appears that Sendgrid 
# has vastly improved and/or the spammers went elsewhere - probably both - and likely 
# largely as a result of this data.

# Meanwhile, the rest of the Service Provider DNSBL is about to be released by invaluement 
# and that will cover several ESPs as well as having an email address list of abused 
# addresses, including a list of the MANY constantly abused email accounts that are coming 
# from Google and Microsoft systems, that are now similarly out-of-control, and need to be blocked.
